I’m an associate professor at Waseda University’s Faculty of Human Sciences in Japan. My interests in investigating and improving the experiences of scholars seeking to write for academic publication, through education and improving journal review systems, meld nicely with the objectives of English Scholars Beyond Borders. My belief is that the more open and transparent scholarship is, the better it is, and I’m looking forward to contributing to the growth of this community of scholars.
