The 2016 Conference was held at Providence University in Taichung. It was hosted by Wen-Chi Vivian Wu. The program is attached here for archival purposes. It featured journal editors from around the globe as guest and keynote speakers. Gloria Chi-Mei Chwo hosted the pre-conference workshop at Hung Kuang University. Our thanks to both Gloria and Vivian for a wonderful event.
